Consider a project that you are planning to do sometime in the future ( organize an event). Brainstorm a list of the tasks that are necessary to achieve the goals (quality/scope) of the project, at both the “summary” and “work package” level. At least 15 tasks in total are expected with appropriate groupings. Using Microsoft Project, students will develop a Gantt chart for this project showing the project schedule and task relationships.
