initial post, provide some self-reflection on what you can do to increase your
effectiveness as a transformational leader serving on a functional virtual
team. Remember, you are talking to your classmates and teammates, so
you’ll basically be committing to what you’ll do as a member of the team in
this class!
Make sure you support your answer with some background about yourself and your
experience, what works for you (or not) in a pandemic workspace where all
reality is “virtual reality” and all teams must find ways to be
effective.
