Two parts, please separate. Part A
Write a journal entry on the prompt given below. Give it 10-15 minutes of your undivided time. When writing, try to do two things: reflect on the topic and allow your own voice to speak. Think of your journal as if you are speaking to a close friend, or thinking to yourself.
What is something you would likely never do? Why?

Part B
Watch ?What Reading Slowly Taught Me About Writing?. Then comment on an aspect of it. Some of the things you could consider: its reliability, the topic, what topic this could be a good source for. You may choose more topics related to the talk. You do not need to answer all these questions; in fact, it?s better to give a brief (3-4 sentence) response.
