Highlight/ annotate your narrative observation
Analyse your notes highlighting any skills, knowledge or attitudes you feel he has demonstrated in the areas of learning you feel have been demonstrated by the child in the clip (Use a highlighter for this if it helps).

Preparation-
Give some context (e.g. Where? When? How long?) of the observation in the context box.
If you have any previous knowledge of the child put this information in the knowledge of the child/strengths and interests box.
