Prompt 1
In chapters 1-7, you learned about the definition of art, the themes of art, and the principles of
art as forms of communication and expression. For this assignment, students must:
1. Answer the questions/discuss the topics relevant to the prompt,
2. Do not simply answer the questions, but write your responses in essay form,
3. Include the name of the artwork, the name of the artist or creator of the work, and the year
it was completed, and
4. Turn in the assignment in a timely manner on Blackboard.
