Policy paper should be in the form of a white paper where you offer an authoritative perspective on a certain topic (and/or a solution to a problem). Your goal is to guide the decision makers on the specific cybersecurity topic you picked and provide key findings/recommendations.

Analyze the relevant data
Summarize your findings
State your recommendations
Address the counterarguments, caveats, possible impediments.
Conclude your argument succinctly and recap why addressing this problem is critical.
Your policy paper will be a deeper analysis of any cybersecurity law/policy/approach that you find important) and will present your stance on the topic as well as your recommendations for related public and/or private entities. You should be referring to at least 8 credible sources (scholarly articles, government reports, think tank publications etc.) in making your analysis and supporting your arguments.
Length: Your paper should be 3000 4000 words in length.
