Identify characteristics of both high and low tech technologies.
High-computers that generate voice, vocabulary, in capabilities of internet. Very expensive and not very easy to replace off.
Low-some features of low technology can be of pictures or signs on published pages, that would not be expensive and comfortable to replace.
