## Gender Equality Policy is the topic I’ve chosen for my proposal. The management leaders at my organization are the intended audience for my proposal. The purpose of my proposed legislation is to provide women greater opportunities and to put an end to workplace discrimination. I would persuade the management executives by demonstrating women’s talents, educational credentials, and skills that are comparable to males who are paid more. The need to diversify the firm by integrating women in leadership, as well as the necessity for equality in the organization, would most likely persuade the executives. Providing arguments why men should not hold the roles they do is unlikely to persuade them.
