1. Company Background
New Technology Industry, Inc. is a corporation that designs and manufactures an attachable
audio mic and speaker to drones. Currently the only external mic option available on the market
do not work well because they are unable to drown out the motor noises and the prop-wash. Our
company has developed propriety technology that throws a fence around those noises and
precisely and clearly captures the sounds around the drone. This is a start-up company that has
developed this technology and patented groundbreaking design software and hardware called
DJM Audio System.
2. Mission Statement
Our business philosophy is to make the desires of our customers our main priority by providing a
hearing experience unlike anything else. We strive to provide short turnaround times,
extraordinary quality, and competitive pricing. With the launch of our patented DJM Audio
System, and the opening of our innovative manufacturing facility, we are positioned to break into
an untapped market and become a future industry leader.
We will execute our company?s strategy to develop an advanced drone audio attachment facility
and invest in the best available machinery in the market that will create a finished product that
meets very precise specifications. Management will set high operational standards and quality
control measures.

1. Our first main goal is to secure the necessary startup funds within the first 60 days needed to
set up our business. This is our primary focal point at present.
2. Find and rent a proper manufacturing facility within in 3 months of securing funds.
3. Purchase the necessary state-of-art equipment and materials within 2 months.
4. Determine what skilled labor we need and recruit for identified positions within 1 month.
5. Open for business as New Technology Industry, Inc. within 6 months of first goal.
6. Develop a sales forecast and secure contracts
7. Generate enough business and interest to become a profitable business
8. Build a reputation as an industry leader in the world of drone audio equipment
