Name and explain the levels of human sexual intercourse.
Levels of human sexual intercourse include physical, psychological, and spiritual
levels. The physical level of human sexual intercourse happens when there is physical contact
between two or more individuals, including their genitalia. The psychological level is open
and honest in talking with a partner about personal thoughts and feelings. The spiritual level
is the process of opening one’s heart to your partner as you open your hearts to the Lord.
Difference between Reproduction and procreation.
Reproduction entails breeding new individuals in a biological form; conversely,
procreation entails the process whereby organisms produce another of its biological type.
What are the two dimensions of intimacy?
Emotional intimacy entails insight of closeness enabling individuals to share
feelings conveyed with comprehension and depiction of caring. The other dimension is
sexual intimacy. This is the capability to share physical attachment, eider sexually or
asexually.
Contraception:
What is it?
Contraception implies the complete application of artificial means to deter pregnancy due
to sexual intercourse.
What is the intention of contraception?
Various people use contraception for different reasons. The main intention is birth
control since it prevents pregnancy (Cleland et al. 150). The application of contraception
enables one to determine the number of children and control pregnancy.
Describe the three types of artificial contraception.
The first artificial type is the cap. Contraception cap denotes a circle dome produced
of a thin and soft silicone inserted into the vagina before sex. It thus covers the cervix for
sperms not to enter the uterus. Additionally, condoms are another popular means of
contraception. There are male and female condoms. Condoms are created of a thin, soft
rubber structure worn on the penis to prevent a man’s semen from coming in contact with the
sexual companion.
Moreover, the other type is a combined pill, also identified as the pill. The substance
has artificial female hormones, for instance, progesterone and estrogen. Therefore, the
artificial hormones deter a female from ovulation; thus, the sperm cannot reach the ovule.
Risks / Side effects
Examples of effects of the pill include increased blood pressure and linked to the
occurrence of health infections, for instance, breast cancer and thrombosis. Moreover, some
individuals are allergic to latex products; thus, it may lead to allergic reactions for the body.
There exist no serious health outcomes related to cap. Nonetheless, it may lead to spermicide,
which leads to irritation in genital parts. In addition, it may cause cystitis, implying a bladder
infection to some females using the method.
Bioethical analysis and unfair dynamics of artificial contraception.
Artificial insemination helps in procreation. However, it does not standby fertilization
as impregnation itself is in vivo. There exist bioethical defense in conducting AI, for instance,
where the male is capable and has fewer sperms to fertilize the female’s eggs.
Non-Therapeutic sterilization; bioethical analysis
Non-therapeutic sterilization denotes the medical process done to females, thus
leaving them infertile. Respect for females’ reproductive independence needs to be the
main issue regulating sterilization policy. Forcible sterilization activities are therefore
unethical and need not be undertaken. An ethical approach towards this procedure needs an
obstetrician.
Principle of double effect; explain
The doctrine of double effect states that engaging in something ethically better has
morally adverse effects. Therefore, it is ethically correct to take action if the negative impact
was not planned. This is factual if an individual predicted that the negative impact would
occur. The ode is applied to validate the instance where a health physician delivers drugs to
the patient to dismiss difficult signs even still he identifies that doing this might cut a
patient?s life.
Bioethical analysis of:
Ectopic pregnancy
Ectopic pregnancy entails pregnancy in which the inseminated egg grafts outside the
womb. Treatment modes of this instance raise ethical issues. For example, the application of
salpingostomy. This entails cutting the fallopian tube to extract the embryo. The process has
a moral obligation since it involves cutting the fallopian tube to remove the embryo, thus
killing it. The next procedure is methotrexate. This process consists in concentrating on the
growing cells, thus killing them. The ethical issue is that the process interferes with the
embryo’s cells, thus terminating its life.
Cancerous reproductive system with pregnancy
Ethics is a fundamental area for females who are or those planning to get pregnant
but have malicious infections like cancer. Therefore, the framework for obstetric ethics
incorporates various ethical principles, for instance, beneficence, and concept of the fetus as
per the parent and respect for autonomy.
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF):
Process
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) denotes a composite sequence of processes applied to
assist with fertility(Lara et al. 4). It also prevents genetic shortcomings and helps with the
formation of the child. During this process, developed eggs are retrieved from the ovaries
then impregnated by sperms in the laboratory. The inseminated egg is then moved to the
womb. Additionally, an entire, complete cycle of the process of IVF is approximately 21
days.
Bioethical analysis of IVF
IVF presents insinuations for the holiness of human life and marriage organization
among one woman and man. It also leads to issues with the infant’s makeup. Therefore,
human life contains vast values in every one of its types. The other ethical analysis is the
meaning of marriage and Identity confidence.

The choice to have a child should have a clear justification for the decision. This
implies that having a child is not just a wise choice but also one with ethical obligations.
Generally, the idea details a bread exploration on how individuals perceive methodically
concerning essential features of human life.

Based on (ERD) posits that heterologous fertilization is forbidden since it is opposite

also prohibits participation in agreements for proxy motherhood due to marriage and child
dignity. Moreover argues that there is no moral legality supporting abortion in the case of
extrauterine pregnancy. Catholic health organizations oppose the application of
contraceptives but rather teach natural means of birth control.It also prohibits the application
of sterilization for both men and women. However, sterility processes are allowed only when
they lead to a direct cure.

There was an entire discussion about the
analysis about having a child in the
module, basically saying we have the
right to desire a child but not to have a
child, like a possession. In addition,
there is a description on whether the end
(having a child) is justified by the means,
ethically.
