AND- describes what your base there looks like.

You may submit a drawing if you like. Is your base the center of your Eeeevil empire/ Is it on a volcanic moon, built high on stilts? Is is a lone outpost, on a tiny icebound rock, with little gravity?

In short, tell me a moon, what it is like there, and what would it be like to have a building there. Be creative within the limits of the data.
