Week 1 – field of event management, planning and developing an event and the characteristics, duties and responsibilities of the event leader.
Week 2 – methods of management of human resources and schedules, as well as how to manage and coordinate all resources effectively.
Week 3 – proper methods of financial management and accounting in special events.
Week 4 – Explain how a manager can accommodate everyone involved and also how to manage ethical issues.
