Assume that the Health and Human Services Finance and Policy Committee is holding a hearing on the bill. You are a Minnesota resident who is testifying at this hearing. For purposes of this assignment, choose what type of resident you are. For example, you could be a concerned relative, a health care provider, or a patient – you are not limited to this list.
You have a lot to say about this issue and you were expecting to have about 15 minutes to testify. But, the committee has gotten behind schedule and tells you that you have no more than 3 minutes to testify.
