Assessment Task

and leadership through incorporation of process and concepts from positive
psychology.

You may draw from topics such as: Intrinsic vs.
extrinsic motivation; Self-regulation theory, Work engagement; Goal-setting
theory; Transformational leadership.

Individually prepare a 1500 word essay based on your
review.

Appropriateness and quality of content; development
of argument; support for conclusions drawn from theory and peer-reviewed
research; relevance of linked (90%).

Appropriate vocabulary, formal academic tone,
spelling, punctuation, grammar, and formatting. Referencing using APA style
referencing in text and reference list (10%).
