The behavioral perspective believes that personality is the result of your interactions with your
environment. The social-cognitive perspective suggests you learn from observing others not just what you
learn from your own experiences. And the humanistic perspective stresses the whole individual and
delves into free will, self-efficacy, and self-actualization.
