Assessment: Alert and oriented x4, Cardiac WNL except tachycardia, Respiratory: Diminished in bilateral lower lobes, dyspnea, GI WNL, GU deferred
Orders: Vital signs Q2H and PRN, Acetaminophen (Tylenol) 650 mg PO q6h
Interventions: The RN has given the client ice packs to groin and axillary areas.
Problem: Patients fever is 104.6 F one (1) hour after administration of Acetaminophen. Nurse suspects Novel Coronavirus.
