Should congress decriminalized sex work

I put the requirements on the documents, my paper is supposed to be about how congress should legalize sex work.
my three main points are
Would legalization of sex work increase human trafficking?
would legalization of sex work help protect sex workers?
would legalizing sex work help the economy?
Annotated Bibliography
An annotated bibliography is required and must cover 10 scholarly sources treating aspects of your research project.
Your Annotated Bibliographies must do the following:
? Include at least two books (or e-books)
? Include at least two articles from newspapers (web or print)
? Include at least one academically valid website
? Include at least two articles from an academic journal
? Use MLA style citation
? Include a clear annotation after each citation
Guidelines for the Annotations
Each annotation must include the following in a numbered list, like you see here (use full sentences on all answers):
1. A one-sentence explanation of where you found the source (e.g., “I found this source using the Connelly Library website.”)
2. An analysis of the source’s credibility (1 to 3 sentences)
3. An explanation of how you plan to use the source (1 to 5 sentences)
4. Direct quotes, statistics, etc. from the source, and an explanation of why they support your explanation in number 3 (directly above).
Each annotation needs to be 150 words long, not including any quotes. All quotes need to be properly formatted as such. Do not merely copy and paste information from the source into your bibliography, as if that is all this requires. Yes, of course you may copy and paste the actual quotes in for number 4 but note that you need to do more than merely quote the source.
