Topic: Management of the Supply Chain: the SCOR model in the
analysis of the supply chain of the clothing SME
Draft of dissertation already in place with comments from supervisor available to recraft the dissertation. Basically, current paper is too general and descriptive, and the research methodology has little source on how secondary data was handled and transform into useful data to answer the research problem.
Research question: What factors determine an adequate supply chain
management from the perspective of the SCOR model in an industrial clothing
manufacturing SME?
Objective (General): Analyze and evaluate the supply chain of an
industrial clothing manufacturing SME through the SCOR model to offer a
diagnosis of the factors that condition its proper management and propose
opportunities for improvement
Actions required: Rewriting dissertation based on the feedback given by supervisor. Need to build robust methodology and provide critical review with clear and conclusive results, inclusive of the positive and negative points.
