For each 300 word post, you must support your assertions with at least 2 scholarly citations in current Bluebook format. Each reply must incorporate at least 1 scholarly citation in current Bluebook format. Any sources cited must have been published within the last five years (except the Bible). Acceptable sources include the course textbook, the Bible, and legal sources.
Subject Matter
Based on the reading for this module, briefly contrast the difference between personal and real property. Explain various aspects of insurance law, including what an insurable interest consists of, and the general principles of contract law as applied to the insurance contract. Describe the legal requirements of marriage and differentiate from common law marriage. Briefly explain divorce, no-fault divorce, spousal support, custody, visitation rights, and child support. Finally, contrast and compare the different devises involved in estate planning.
