The project report must-read, look and feel like a Guide Book
-
The project report needs to emphasize all aspects of the culture that may be relevant to your clients (personal, familial, societal, and
professional
settings). - The project should include history, demographics, geography/weather, ex-pat living conditions, health and wellbeing, ethics and norms, and business practices (including negotiation style) of that country. In addition, the political, economic, educational, and legal environment of the country should also be considered to evaluate doing business with that country.
- Additional topics may be included depending on the country selected. For instance, crime may be a factor to be considered in some countries and not in others. Each country must be considered to determine additional necessary areas of coverage (such as safety, political unrest, crime, etc.)
-
The emphasis of the presentation should be on the difficulties or differences in doing business (and living there to do business) in that country compared to the United States. In other
words
, you should use the US as a country of comparison to illustrate your point.
